Softball Recap: Nelson County Governors vs. Gretna Hawks
Nelson County extended their losing streak to four on Thursday, dropping their season record down to 3-13 in the process. They lost 9-3 to the Gretna Hawks. Governors fans who chose to attend the game sure picked the wrong one: it was the first time the team's lost against the Hawks since on Thursday.
As for Gretna, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 6-9. Their hitters stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most runs they've scored all season.
