Volleyball Recap: University Prep Academy Takes a Loss

After flying high against Yerba Buena last Tuesday, University Prep Academy came back down to earth. The University Prep Academy Golden Eagles took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Gunn Titans on Saturday. The defeat continues a trend for the Golden Eagles in their meetings with the Titans: they've now lost four in a row.

University Prep Academy's loss dropped their record down to 5-3. As for Gunn, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 6-1.

Coincidentally, University Prep Academy and Gunn will both be playing Milpitas the next time they take the court. University Prep Academy will head out to face Milpitas at 9:30 a.m. on Saturday, while Gunn will play them later in the day, at 10:30 a.m.
