Football Recap: Pleasant Valley's Undefeated Season over After Four Games + How To Watch

After flying high against Donoho last Friday, Pleasant Valley came back down to earth. The Raiders lost 44-20 to the Pisgah Eagles on Friday. The defensive woes were uncharacteristic for the Raiders, who until this game were averaging 12.75 points allowed.

Despite the loss, Pleasant Valley still got an impressive performance from Braxton Salster, who rushed for 48 yards and one TD.

Pisgah's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Cutter Mays, who threw for 183 yards and five touchdowns on only 16 passes. Another player making a difference was Cape Duncan, who picked up 57 receiving yards and a pair of scores.

Having lost for the first time this season, Pleasant Valley fell to 3-1. As for Pisgah, they now have a winning record of 2-1.

Pleasant Valley has already played their next contest, a 48-7 victory against Sand Rock on the 19th. As for Pisgah, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next matchup, a 61-30 loss against Plainview on the 19th.
