Baseball Game Preview: Warren Township Blue Devils vs. Libertyville Wildcats

For the second straight game, Warren Township will face off against Libertyville. The Blue Devils will be playing at home against the Wildcats at 4:45 p.m. on Tuesday. The two teams have allowed few runs on average (Warren Township 4, Libertyville 1.6) so any runs scored will be well earned.

Warren Township's usually-dominant pitching crew will be looking to make up for Monday's struggle, when Libertyville hitters got past them. The Blue Devils lost 11-0 to the Wildcats on Monday. Having soared to a lofty 13 runs in the game before, the Blue Devils' shutout was a dramatic turnaround.

For Libertyville's part, Josh Holst was a major factor no matter where he played.
