Volleyball Recap: Amplus Academy Takes a Loss

Amplus Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They fell 3-1 to the Clark Chargers. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Chargers this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-2 back in September.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-13, 16-25, 25-15, 25-19.

Despite the loss, Amplus Academy still got an impressive performance from Caitlyn Estacio, who had nine digs and one assist.

Amplus Academy's loss dropped their record down to 5-15. As for Clark, their win ended a four-match drought at home and bumped them up to 6-11.

Amplus Academy wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 3-0 defeat against Spring Valley on the 8th. As for Clark, they have also already played their next matchup, a 3-0 loss against Desert Oasis on the 8th.
