Soccer Game Preview: Leon vs. Lincoln + How To Watch

Leon hasn't had much luck against Lincoln recently, but that could start to change on Friday. The Lions will be home for the holidays to greet the Trojans at 6:00 p.m. The two teams each escaped with close wins against their previous opponents.

Leon took a loss when they played away from home on Tuesday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed on Thursday. They never let Arnold get on the board and left with a 1-0 victory. The score was all tied up 0-0 at the break, but Leon were the better team in the second half.

Meanwhile, Lincoln had to endure a three-match losing streak, but that streak is no more. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 2-1 win over Columbia on Wednesday.

Leon's victory was their first in the district, bumping their district record up to 1-3 and their overall record up to 5-4. As for Lincoln, they picked up their first road win, bumping their record up to 3-6-2.
