Soccer Recap: Somerset Berkley Regional Takes a Loss

Somerset Berkley Regional was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. They were a single goal away from ending the streak, but they lost a 1-0 heartbreaker at the hands of the Dighton-Rehoboth Regional Falcons. Somerset Berkley Regional were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced Dighton-Rehoboth Regional earlier this season, when they won 2-0.

Somerset Berkley Regional's loss dropped their record down to 8-8-1. As for Dighton-Rehoboth Regional, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 5-7-1.

Coming up, Somerset Berkley Regional will take on Old Rochester Regional at 3:45 p.m. on Monday. As for Dighton-Rehoboth Regional, they will head out on the road to challenge Apponequet Regional at 3:45 p.m. on Monday.
