            Football Recap: Carsonville-Port Sanilac Tigers vs. Caseville Eagles        
        
		
        
        
            
Carsonville-Port Sanilac unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-field advantage in their season opener. They had to suffer through  a    52-6 loss at the hands of the Caseville Eagles. Sadly, the  loss continues a streak the team started last season, making it ten in a row.
 Gage Moran threw for 29 yards  on two of eight attempts.
  Logan Feltner had an outrageously good game for Caseville as he rushed for 182 yards and three  scores on only 13 carries. Feltner's longest rush was for an impressive 54 yards, which helps to explain his lofty yards per carry total. Another rusher making a difference was  Nathan White, who rushed for 113 yards and one  touchdown on only six carries.
 Both  teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Carsonville-Port Sanilac will venture away from home to  face off against Whittemore-Prescott  at 7:00  p.m.  on September 5. As for Caseville, they will head out to  take on All Saints Central  at 7:00  p.m.  on September 5. This will  be the Eagles' first chance to prove their worth in the conference.
