Centennial waltzed into their match on Friday with three straight wins... but they left with four. Everything went their way against the Everman Bulldogs as they made off with a 3-0 victory. That's more bragging rights for the Spartans, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

The final score came out to 25-16, 25-9, 25-10.

Kamryn Key paced Centennial's offense, picking up 11 kills. Key got some help from Channing Ward and her 26 assists.

Centennial's win bumped their record up to 24-9. As for Everman, they have been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 8-10-1 record this season.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Centennial is set to take on their familiar foe Joshua at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Everman will square off against rival Cleburne at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
