Baseball Recap: Forestview Comes Up Short

Forestview lost against Kings Mountain last Tuesday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Jaguars lost 9-3 to the Mountaineers. The Jaguars have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Forestview saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Isaac Aycock, who scored a run and stole a base while going 1-for-2.

Forestview's loss dropped their record down to 5-7. As for Kings Mountain, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matchups. That's provided a massive bump to their 7-6 record this season.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Forestview will square off against Shelby at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Kings Mountain, they will face off against South Point at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
