Basketball Recap: Castine Christian Skates Past Germantown Christian with Ease

There's no place like home for Castine Christian, who bounced back after a loss on the road back in November. They simply couldn't be stopped on Monday as they easily beat the Germantown Christian Conquerors 58-26. Castine Christian pushed the score to 40-20 by the end of the third, a deficit Germantown Christian had little chance of recovering from.

When it comes to explaining why Germantown Christian lost, don't look at Grace Smith. Despite the final result, she dropped a double-double on 24 points and 11 rebounds.

The win got Castine Christian back to even at 1-1. As for Germantown Christian, they dropped their record down to 0-3 with the loss, which was their fifth straight on the road dating back to last season.
