Basketball Recap: Oconomowoc Takes a Loss

Oconomowoc lost against Muskego back in December of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Oconomowoc Raccoons took a 50-36 bruising from the Muskego Warriors. While losing is never fun, the Raccoons can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Wisconsin basketball rankings (they are ranked 85th, while the Warriors are ranked 11th).

Oconomowoc's loss dropped their record down to 9-9. As for Muskego, they pushed their record up to 17-3 with the victory, which was their 11th straight at home dating back to last season.

Oconomowoc wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 58-43 win against Waukesha North on the 4th. Muskego has also already played their next game, a 58-26 victory against Kettle Moraine on the 4th.
