It's playoff time, and Naperville Central had no trouble coming through when it counted. They breezed past the Aurora East Tomcats to the tune of 65-0 on Monday. The Redhawks' offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.

Naperville Central didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off three passes before the game was over. It was truly a group effort as Lauren Moderi, Malia Shen, and Nicole Smith picked up one apiece. Moderi got in on the action too, converting a pick into a touchdown.

Naperville Central has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight games. That's provided a nice bump to their 14-3 record this season. Those wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 35.6 points over those games. As for Aurora East, their loss dropped their record down to 0-11.

Naperville Central has already played their next matchup, a 35-26 victory against Benet Academy on the 7th. Aurora East does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
