Soccer Game Preview: Andrews vs. Big Spring

The Andrews Mustangs will face off against the Big Spring Steers at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Considering both teams were shutout in their prior games, the pair is probably coming into this one with something to prove.

Tuesday just wasn't the day for Andrews' offense. They came up short against Greenwood on Tuesday, falling 11-0. The Mustangs haven't had much luck with the Rangers recently, as the team's come up short the last eight times they've met.

Meanwhile, Big Spring has been struggling as of late, and they have yet to win a game this season. They lost 8-0 to Greenwood on Friday. While losing is never fun, the Steers can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Texas soccer rankings (they are ranked 746th, while the Rangers are ranked 331st).

Andrews' defeat dropped their record down to 4-4-1. As for Big Spring, their loss dropped their record down to 0-8-2.
