Basketball Recap: Grace Academy vs. Tribe W Warriors
Grace Academy scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Thursday. They took their game at home with ease, bagging a 64-17 win over Tribe W. Grace Academy has made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won seven games by 21 points or more this season.
Reagan Johnson continued her habit of posting crazy stat lines, dropping a double-double on 33 points and 15 rebounds. As a matter of fact, that's the most points she has scored all season. The team also got some help courtesy of Allison Shell, who scored 13 points along with three steals.
Grace Academy pushed their record up to 14-3 with that victory, which was their 11th straight at home dating back to last season. They've been dominating during the matchups in that stretch too, as they've won by an average of 29.1 points. As for Tribe W, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-6.
Grace Academy will be playing in front of their home fans against the Lions at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. Texas Lions HomeSchool is coming into the game hot, having won their last three games. As for Tribe W, they will head out on the road to face off against the Falcons at 5:00 p.m. on Friday.
