Groesbeck and Marlin are an even 4-4 against one another since December of 2015, but not for long. The Goats will look to defend their home court on Monday against the Bulldogs at 7:00 p.m. Marlin took a loss in their last matchup and will be looking to turn the tables on Groesbeck, who comes in off a win.

Groesbeck took a loss when they played away from home last Friday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed on Friday. They claimed a resounding 70-42 win over Wortham.

Meanwhile, Marlin was within striking distance but couldn't close the gap on Friday as they fell 52-47 to Itasca.

Groesbeck came up short against Marlin when the teams last played back in November of 2019, falling 55-50. Can the Goats avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
