Volleyball Recap: Billerica Memorial Turns Things Around After Road Loss

There's no place like home for Billerica Memorial, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Wednesday. They had just enough and edged out the Lowell Red Raiders 3-2 on Friday. The Indians haven't had any issues with the Red Raiders recently, as the game was their ninth consecutive win against them.

It was an exciting match in which no team won back-to-back sets, but at the end of the day Billerica Memorial got the one that really mattered. The match finished with set scores of 25-22, 24-26, 25-16, 15-25, 15-6.

Kendra Marino paced Billerica Memorial's offense, picking up 15 kills. Marino got some help from Meghan Downs and her 22 assists. Downs was also solid from the service line: she led the team with six aces.
