Hinton came tearing into Tuesday's game with four straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 5.8 runs), and they left with even more momentum. Their pitchers stepped up to hand the George-Little Rock Mustangs a 10-0 shutout. Considering the Blackhawks have won six matchups by more than five runs this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.

Hinton pushed their record up to 8-1 with the win, which was their third straight at home. The home victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.7 runs on average over those games. As for George-Little Rock, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-4.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Hinton will welcome Hartley-Melvin-Sanborn at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The Blackhawks are facing the Hawks at the right time seeing as the Hawks are stuck on a seven-game losing streak. As for George-Little Rock, they will challenge Marcus-Meriden-Cleghorn/Remsen-Union at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
