There's no place like home for Randolph, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Friday. They walked away with a 28-21 victory over the Lanier Voks on Friday. The Ro-Hawks' offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.

Randolph's first win this season bumped their record up to 1-3. As for Lanier, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 2-2.

Looking ahead, Randolph is taking a road trip to square off against Cole at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Ro-Hawks will be up against the Cougars' rather soft defense (which has allowed 31 points per game), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance. As for Lanier, they will take on Jefferson at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. The matchup will give the Voks their first taste of in-conference action this season.
