Baseball Recap: Millikan Rams vs. Fountain Valley Barons
Millikan barely beat Fountain Valley the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Millikan Rams put the hurt on the Fountain Valley Barons with a sharp 9-1 win on Saturday. The Rams haven't had any issues with the Barons recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive victory against them.
Millikan got a great performance from Owen Waytas as he pitched six innings while giving up just one earned run off five hits. Millikan is 3-1 when Waytas allowsone or fewer earned runs, but 2-3 otherwise.
