Basketball Recap: Field Kindley's Win on Thursday Extends Winning Streak to Four

Field Kindley entered their tilt with Eisenhower on Thursday with three consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with four. They walked away with a 54-47 win over the Eisenhower Tigers.

Despite the defeat, Eisenhower saw an underclassman step up: freshman Mallori Rose posted 20 points and three steals. Rose continues to improve, besting her previous point total in each of the last three games she's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Ella Friend, who earned six points in addition to seven rebounds and three steals.

Field Kindley's victory bumped their record up to 4-1. As for Eisenhower, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 2-8.

Field Kindley wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 72-24 loss against Sunrise Christian Academy on the 24th. As for Eisenhower, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 61-42 win against Louisburg on the 24th.
