Volleyball Game Preview: West Grand Mustangs vs. Middle Park Panthers

The West Grand Mustangs are taking a road trip to square off against the Middle Park Panthers at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. West Grand is coming into the contest on a three-game losing streak.

On Saturday, West Grand came up short against Meeker and fell 3-1.

The defeat didn't mean the game wasn't competitive: Meeker scored at least 19 points in every set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-22, 25-20, 19-25, 25-19.

Meanwhile, it was a proper cat-fight when Middle Park duked it out with Bennett on Friday. The Panthers skirted past the Tigers 3-2. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Panthers.

Middle Park took Bennett into a fifth set where they got it done with a eight-point win. The match finished with set scores of 25-13, 25-22, 27-29, 25-27, 15-7.

Middle Park's win bumped their record up to 7-5. As for West Grand, their loss dropped their record down to 11-4.
