There's no place like home for Julian, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Thursday. They had just enough and edged the Borrego Springs Rams out 22-21. This was a revenge contest for Julian, as the team was forced to settle for a 15-3 loss when these two played last Thursday.

The team relied heavily on Roice Mendoza, who got on base in all seven of her plate appearances with a home run, five runs, and six RBI. Another player making a difference was Arianna Simser, who scored four runs and stole three bases while getting on base in all five of her plate appearances.

On Borrego Springs' side, Lylamae Gutierrez was cooking despite her team's loss, scoring four runs and stealing five bases while getting on base in four of her eight plate appearances.
