Basketball Recap: Globe Comes Up Short

If Globe was feeling good fresh off their 53-13 takedown of Catalina last Tuesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Globe Tigers lost 63-40 to the Benson Bobcats on Friday.

Globe's loss dropped their record down to 2-4. As for Benson, they pushed their record up to 7-4 with the victory, which was their fourth straight at home.

Globe will head out to square off against San Tan Foothills at 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Benson, they will host Bisbee at 5:40 p.m. on Friday. One thing working in Benson's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last four matchups.
