Baseball Recap: Muhlenberg County Comes Up Short

Muhlenberg County lost against Franklin-Simpson back in May of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Mustangs fell 9-4 to the Wildcats. The Mustangs have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Muhlenberg County's loss dropped their record down to 8-4. As for Franklin-Simpson, their victory bumped their record up to 11-9.

Coming up, Muhlenberg County will square off against Ohio County at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Franklin-Simpson has already played their next match (against Westmoreland), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
