Regents' victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Kade Millington, who picked up 94 receiving yards and two TDs. Millington is on a roll when it comes to receiving touchdowns, as he's now hauled in two or more in each of the last three games he's played. Blake Smith also helped out with an impressive 83 receiving yards.
Regents was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 218 rushing yards. That's the most rushing yards they've posted since back in August.
Meanwhile, All S strolled past Fort Worth Christian with points to spare on Friday, taking the game 38-21. Given the Saints' advantage in MaxPreps' Texas football rankings (they are ranked 30th, while the Cardinals are ranked 115th) , the result wasn't entirely unexpected.
All S' win came from a few key players Regents will need to keep an eye on. One of the most notable was Hattan French, who picked up 82 receiving yards and a pair of touchdowns. He showed off some serious burst, cutting upfield on a catch for 62 yards. Another receiver making a difference was Gabe Starling, who picked up 107 receiving yards and one score.
All S' defense made their presence known, laying out the QB 4.5 times. Kingston Beyer refused to say out of the backfield, picking up two sacks all by himself. Another thorn in Fort Worth Christian's side was Beyer, who picked up two sacks and made four total tackles (4.0 for loss).
Regents' record now sits at 12-0. As for All S, their record is now an identical 12-0.
We should be in store for an exciting game as the two teams have no problem gaining yardage. Regents has been on an offensive roll this season, having averaged 376.5 total yards per game. However, it's not like All S struggles in that department as they've been averaging 399.5 total yards. With a pair of commanding offenses duking it out, the defenses are going to have their work cut out for them.
Regents ended up a good deal behind All S in their previous meeting back in November of 2024, losing 42-26. Thankfully for the Knights, Gavin Parkhurst (who rushed for 126 yards and a pair of TDs on only eight carries, and also threw for 232 yards and four touchdowns while completing 72.7% of his passes) won't be suiting up this time. Will that be enough to change the final result? Check MaxPreps.com after the match to find out.
