Sunrise Mountain is a perfect 3-0 against Boulder Creek since November of 2017 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Wednesday. The Mustangs will challenge the Jaguars at 3:00 p.m. Neither team made it on the board the last time they hit the pitch, so they've probably got a bit of extra motivation.

Sunrise Mountain is headed into their match with Boulder Creek looking for a result a bit more satisfying than what they got in their season opener against Paradise Valley on Tuesday. The two teams finished up on equal footing with a 1-1 draw.

Meanwhile, for the first time this season, Boulder Creek was forced to settle for a draw. They played to a draw too, finishing 0-0 against Goldwater.

Sunrise Mountain came out on top in a nail-biter against Boulder Creek in their previous matchup back in December of 2024, sneaking past 3-2. Will the Mustangs repeat their success, or do the Jaguars have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
