The Dobyns-Bennett Indians are taking a road trip to square off against the Hanahan Hawks at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday. The two teams are sauntering into the matchup backed by comfortable wins in their prior games.

Dobyns-Bennett is headed in fresh off scoring the most runs they have all season. They were the clear victors by an 18-11 margin over Philip Simmons on Monday. The victory continues a trend for the Indians in their matchups with the Iron Horses: they've now won four in a row.

Meanwhile, Hanahan entered their tilt with Orangeburg-Wilkinson on Tuesday with two consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with three. They never let the Bruins get on the board and left with a 10-0 win. Ten seems to be a good number for the Hawks as the squad scooped up a victory with the same number of runs in their previous game.

Dobyns-Bennett's win bumped their record up to 6-2. As for Hanahan, they now have a winning record of 5-4-1.
