Volleyball Recap: Jensen Beach Falls Despite Big Games from Samaya Hennessy and Hayden Mills

Jensen Beach lost against Jupiter back in September of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Falcons took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Warriors.

The final score came out to 25-18, 19-25, 25-11, 25-23.

Jensen Beach's loss came despite strong showings from Hayden Mills and Samaya Hennessy. Mills had nine assists and four digs, while Hennessy had 17 kills and 12 digs. Hennessy has been hot for a while, having posted five or more kills the last 23 times she's played.

Jensen Beach has traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 9-7 record this season. As for Jupiter, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 12 of their last 14 matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 15-4 record this season.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming contests. Jensen Beach will head out to square off against Vero Beach at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Jupiter, they will square off against Suncoast at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.
