Soccer Recap: Williamsburg Takes a Loss

Williamsburg was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their sixth straight defeat. They came up short against the Iowa Valley Tigers, falling 4-0. That's two games in a row now that Williamsburg have lost by exactly four goals.

Williamsburg's loss dropped their record down to 4-15-2. As for Iowa Valley, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 5-8-1.

Williamsburg wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and has already played their next game, a 4-1 defeat against West Liberty on the 10th. As for Iowa Valley, they are taking a road trip to take on Center Point-Urbana at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
