Midlothian faced Atlee in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Monday. The Trojans had just enough and edged out the Raiders 2-1. The win was nothing new for Midlothian as they're now sitting on six straight.

Midlothian pushed their record up to 13-1 with the victory, which was their fourth straight on the road. The road wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only given up one goal over those four matches. As for Atlee, their loss ended a five-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 11-2.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Midlothian will square off against Huguenot at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Atlee, they will take on Deep Run at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Deep Run will roll in looking for their eighth straight victory, something Atlee surely won't give up without a fight.
