It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Voorheesville had no problem doing just that on Thursday. Their defense stepped up to hand the Taconic Hills Titans a 7-0 shutout. Voorheesville might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won nine matches by three goals or more this season.

The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 27 goals over those six matchups.
