Basketball Recap: Watersmeet Nimrods vs. Baraga Vikings
Watersmeet was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss. They were three points away from ending the streak, but they lost a 49-46 heartbreaker at the hands of the Baraga Vikings. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Vikings this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 71-43 back in January.
Baraga's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Landon Smith, who almost dropped a double-double with 15 points and nine rebounds.
