Basketball Game Preview: Carrollton Cavaliers vs. Ithaca Yellowjackets

The Carrollton Cavaliers are taking a road trip to face off against the Ithaca Yellowjackets at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Carrollton has a tough task ahead: they'll enter the game with six straight defeats, while Ithaca will come in with four straight wins.

On Wednesday, Carrollton ended up a good deal behind Reese and lost 53-39.

Meanwhile, everything went Ithaca's way against Shepherd on Tuesday as Ithaca made off with a 52-28 victory. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest win the Yellowjackets have posted against the Bluejays since December 8, 2017.

Carrollton's loss dropped their record down to 0-5. As for Ithaca, their victory bumped their record up to 4-0.

Carrollton couldn't quite finish off Ithaca when the teams last played back in February and fell 53-50. Can Carrollton avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
