Basketball Recap: Nansemond-Suffolk Academy Comes Up Short

Nansemond-Suffolk Academy lost against Christchurch School back in January and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Saints were outmatched by the Seahorses and fell 62-22. The Saints were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 37-16.

Nansemond-Suffolk Academy's record now sits at 0-2. As for Christchurch School, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-3.

Looking ahead, Nansemond-Suffolk Academy will be playing in front of their home fans against Amelia Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Christchurch School, they will head out on the road to face off against The Covenant School at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
