Football Game Preview: White Sulphur Springs Hornets vs. Bridger Scouts + How To Watch

The White Sulphur Springs Hornets will venture away from home to face off against the Bridger Scouts at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Having both just faced considerable losses, both teams are looking to turn things around.

White Sulphur Springs is coming in off a wild two-game stretch: after soaring to 71 points last Saturday, they were much more limited against Shields Valley on Friday. They were beaten by the Rebels 62-13. The Hornets were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 28-6.

Meanwhile, Bridger was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their seventh straight loss dating back to last season. They had to suffer through a 70-13 loss at the hands of Gardiner.

White Sulphur Springs' defeat dropped their record down to 1-4. As for Bridger, their loss dropped their record down to 0-6.

White Sulphur Springs couldn't quite finish off Bridger when the teams last played back in November of 2019 and fell 43-41. Can the Hornets avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
