Basketball Recap: St. James Academy Comes Up Short

After some red-hot attacks on offense in their last three matchups, St. James Academy finally came back down to earth on Saturday. They had to suffer through a 58-30 loss at the hands of the Shawnee Mission South Raiders. The contest marked the Thunder's lowest-scoring game so far this season.

When it comes to explaining why St. James Academy lost, don't look at Emmitt Peters. Despite the final result, he posted 11 points. Francis Hess also deserves some recognition as he posted his first block of the season.
