Softball Recap: Perry Drops Highest Score of Season Against Pavilion

Perry was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 15th straight loss dating back to last season. They lost 20-14 to the Pavilion Golden Gophers. On the bright side, the 14- run effort marked the Yellowjackets' highest-scoring game to date.

Perry's defeat dropped their record down to 0-9. As for Pavilion, their win bumped their record up to 4-6.

Looking ahead, Perry will look to defend their home field on Wednesday against Dansville at 4:30 p.m. The Mustangs have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 15.5 runs per game on average), something the Yellowjackets will no doubt try to take advantage of. As for Pavilion, they will challenge Keshequa at 4:30 p.m. on Friday.
