Volleyball Recap: Haines City Takes a Loss

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Haines City can now relate to. They lost 3-0 to the Venice Indians on Tuesday. The Hornets' defeat continues a trend for the squad, making it six in a row.

Haines City's loss dropped their record down to 5-19. As for Venice, their victory bumped their record up to 12-2.

Haines City does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Venice, they will head out on the road to challenge George Jenkins at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The Eagles will roll in looking for their 22nd straight win, something the Indians surely won't give up without a fight.
