Princeton had already won nine in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 9.4 points) and they went ahead and made it ten on Saturday. They strolled past the North Posey Vikings with points to spare, taking the game 52-38. Given the Tigers' advantage in MaxPreps' Indiana basketball rankings (they are ranked 21st, while the Vikings are ranked 168th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Princeton's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Edwin Holmes, who went 6-for-10 on his way to 17 points. Holmes is also on a roll when it comes to blocks, as he's now posted two or more in the last four games he's played. Jace Jenkins was another key player, going 5-for-8 to rack up 17 points and six rebounds.

Despite the loss, North Posey still got an impressive performance from Ethan Mansfield, who posted 13 points. Another player making a difference was Austin Schmitt, who put up nine points.

Princeton's win was their sixth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 16-1. As for North Posey, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four contests, which has put a noticeable dent in their 8-8 record this season.

Princeton wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 65-33 victory against Mt. Vernon on the 6th. As for North Posey, they have also already played their next game, a 61-40 win against Pike Central on the 6th.
