Basketball Recap: Columbia Central Takes a Loss

It was a proper cat-fight when Columbia Central duked it out withLawrence County on Friday. The Columbia Central Lions took a 46-38 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Lawrence County Wildcats. The Lions' defeat continues a trend for the team, making it three in a row.

Columbia Central's loss dropped their record down to 2-6. As for Lawrence County, with the victory, they broke their three-game losing streak and moved their record to 5-5.

Columbia Central will be home for the holidays to greet Blackman at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Blackman will roll in looking for their fifth straight win, something Columbia Central surely won't give up without a fight. Lawrence County will take on Lincoln County in a holiday battle at at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
