Memorial is a perfect 6-0 against Frisco since March of 2019 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Wednesday. Memorial will head out to face off against Frisco at 6:00 p.m. Memorial has given up an average of 7.6 runs per game this season, but Wednesday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

Memorial managed to slip by Liberty the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. Memorial lost 19-2 to Liberty on Monday. The Warriors have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Meanwhile, Frisco waltzed into their game on Monday with three straight wins... but they left with four. They came out on top against the Knights by a score of 9-6.

Tori Franklin made a splash no matter where she played. She pitched five innings while giving up three earned (and three unearned) runs off five hits. Franklin was also big at the plate, scoring a run and stealing a base while going 2-for-4.

In other batting news, Bailee Hodnett was incredible, scoring three runs and stealing two bases while going 3-for-4. She has been hot recently, having posted at least one stolen base the last four times she's played. Another player making a difference was Arista Cojocaru, who scored a run and stole a base while going 1-for-3.

Frisco's record is now 6-9-1. As for Memorial, their defeat dropped their record down to 8-8.

Everything went Memorial's way against Frisco when the teams last played back in April of 2022, as Memorial made off with a 10-0 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for Memorial since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
