It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Greencastle had no problem doing just that on Wednesday. Everything went their way against the Owen Valley Patriots as they made off with a 7-0 win. Greencastle might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 12 matches by three goals or more this season.

They hit Owen Valley with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Micah Foss (5), Anthony Peters, and Matthias Slagle.

The victory made it two in a row for Greencastle and bumps their season record up to 15-1-1. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 12 goals over those two matchups. As for Owen Valley, they have been struggling recently as they've lost five of their last six contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 6-10-1 record this season.

Greencastle will take on Northview at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday. Owen Valley does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
