Softball Recap: Webster County Takes a Loss

Webster County fell victim to Wahama and their airtight pitching crew on Saturday. They lost 21-0 to the White Falcons. Having soared to a lofty 13 runs in the game before, the Highlanders' shutout was a dramatic turnaround.

Webster County's defeat was their fourth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Wahama, the win keeps they at an undefeated 8-0.

Coming up, Webster County will look to take advantage of their home field for the first time this season as they takes on Gilmer County at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Wahama, they will square off against Meigs at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
