While Bloomfield's victory against Wausa wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Bees sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 2-1 win over the Vikings on Tuesday. The victory continues a trend for the Bees in their matchups with the Vikings: they've now won five in a row.

Kysa Loecker paced Bloomfield's offense, picking up nine kills. Loecker got some help from Kennedy Mlady and her 22 assists. Miley Pinkelman controlled things from the service line, finishing with four aces.

Bloomfield's win bumped their record up to 16-7. As for Wausa, with the defeat, they broke their three-match winning streak and moved their record to 9-14.

Bloomfield didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 3-1 victory against Creighton on the 16th. As for Wausa, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 3-0 loss against Wynot on the 16th.
