Softball Recap: Southeastern Takes a Loss

Southeastern lost against Piketon back in April of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Panthers fell 5-1 to the Redstreaks.

Southeastern saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Ava Cyrus, who went 2-for-3 with one RBI. Lydia Williams also deserves some recognition as she hit her first double of the season.

Southeastern's defeat dropped their record down to 2-5. As for Piketon, their victory bumped their record up to 6-1.

Coming up, Southeastern will take on Oak Hill at 5:15 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Piketon, they will face off against Unioto at 5:15 p.m. on Wednesday.
