Telluride has gone 9-1 against Ouray recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The Miners will look to defend their home court against the Trojans at 4:30 p.m. The teams are on pretty different trajectories at the moment (Telluride has three straight wins, Ouray has five straight losses), but none of that matters once you're on the court.

Telluride will bounce into Tuesday's match after beating Mancos, who they had gone 2-7 against in their nine prior meetings. The Miners came out on top against the Bluejays by a score of 3-1 on Saturday.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-22, 22-25, 25-20, 25-16.

Meanwhile, Ouray lost 3-0 to Norwood on Friday.

The final score came out to 25-19, 25-18, 25-3.

Ouray's defeat dropped their record down to 1-9. As for Telluride, their victory bumped their record up to 10-4.

Everything went Telluride's way against Ouray in their previous matchup back in October of 2024, as Telluride made off with a 3-0 win. Do the Miners have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Trojans turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
