Basketball Recap: Sterling City Comes Up Short

Sterling City was the 30-17 winner over Eldorado when they last played one another back in January, but their luck changed this time around. The Sterling City Eagles fell 41-29 to the Eldorado Eagles on Friday. Sterling City just can't catch a break and has now endured three losses in a row.

Sterling City's record is now 14-12. As for Eldorado, they moved to 10-16 with that win, which also ended their four-game losing streak.

Sterling City has already played their next contest (against Forsan), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. It'll be a Battle of the Birds when the Eldorado Eagles face off against the Reagan County Owls at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
