Basketball Recap: Saddle River Day Takes a Loss

Saddle River Day was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. They took a 41-30 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Leonia Lions.

Saddle River Day's loss dropped their record down to 1-22. As for Leonia, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five contests. That's provided a massive bump to their 9-13 record this season.

While Saddle River Day had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
