Exeter lost against Kennedy back in December of 2022 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Exeter Monarchs were just a bucket shy of victory and fell 54-53 to the Kennedy Thunderbirds.

Exeter lost despite a true team effort on offense, the best among them being Aden Plyman, who posted 15 points and eight rebounds. The contest was Plyman's third in a row with at least ten points. Blaine Mcfall was another key player, putting up 13 points and three blocks.
